Conclusion

In order to lose weight, a person must be ready and willing, committing completely to changing their body and their unhealthy lifestyle habits which took many years to develop. Some lack the patience, and committment, eventually failing in their efforts which can lead to the never ending cycle of crash dieting and disappointment. To become more motivated, you need to remember that you not only want to lose weight, but you also want to avoid dangerous illnesses that are associated with obesity.

Obesity is a killer and theif of health and self confidence and can easily force a person to become helpless if not knowing where to turn to rectify or halt this problem. Obesity can be considered worse than a criminal, in that the authorities ostracize them when caught, and although both can harm us, obesity can kill without even knowing it. When it gets serious and complicated there is sometimes no chance of escape.

Obesity is a poison of the body and the mind. It overloads our bodies and organs with fat bringing serious health complications like cancer and heart disease and so much more. On the other hand, it creates negative emotions and thinking in it's victims, usually making them feel inferior to those around them.

Sounds terrible doesn't it? But before we let this killer bring us down to our very last breath, we should counter-attack, and terminate obesity before it kills us. Only you can make the dicision to change your life.
